How we handle what you send
The short version: it stays with us, we keep it for twelve months, and you can have it deleted whenever you ask.
Who is asking

What we collect
Everything you type into the form, which includes your name, your email address and where you are based. We store your browser’s user-agent string next to it, which is how we tell a real submission from a bot.
Why we collect it
To read your application, decide on it, and come back to you. If we are matching you with a co-founder or someone to support you, we share the relevant parts of what you wrote with them. Nothing beyond that — we do not advertise to you, sell it on, or share it with anyone else.
What lets us do it
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box at the end of the form. You can take it back at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what you sent.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the day you send it, then we delete it. We keep it that long because if we cannot take your venture this cycle, you are first in line for the next one — and that only works if we still have what you wrote.
The exception is if we end up working together. What you sent stops being an application we are holding and becomes part of our arrangement with you, so the twelve months does not apply to it.
Where it lives
In a Postgres database run by Supabase, hosted in the EU — it does not leave. Access is limited to the people running the studio. Nothing is readable from the browser: submissions go through our own server, and there is no path from the public site into the database.
Cookies
None. No analytics, no trackers, no third-party scripts, no embedded fonts. Nothing here follows you anywhere else. The form saves your draft answers in your own browser so you do not lose them, and that never leaves your device until you press send.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do it. If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
